Las conductas disruptivas a causa de un nivel de coeficiente bajo en relación con la edad del infante, es uno de los aspectos más atendidos en consulta, esta generalización conlleva a una serie de conflictos a la hora de adaptarse, compartir y desarrollarse en un contexto social. Los factores que se hacen presentes para observar estas situaciones críticas, son los psicosociales y familiares. La investigación se basó en el estudio y detección del coeficiente intelectual en relación a las conductas disruptivas. Los resultados permitieron evidenciar que el 80 % del nivel intelectual incide en las conductas disruptivas, haciéndose presentes también la relación de otros aspectos como el medio en el que se desenvuelve el infante, el área escolar, tipo de hogar, nivel económico, antecedente psicológicos-conductuales y familiares. Dentro de las conclusiones se puede afirmar que existieron varios factores adicionales que determinaron las conductas disruptivas de los sujetos de estudio. Abstract Disruptive behaviors due to a low level of coefficient in relation to the age of the infant, is one of the most attended aspects in consultation, this generalization leads to a series of conflicts when adapting, sharing and developing in a social context. The factors that are present to observe these critical situations are the psychosocial and family. The investigation was based on the study and detection of the intellectual coefficient in relation to disruptive behaviors. The results made it possible to show that 80% of the intellectual level affects disruptive behavior, and the relationship of other aspects such as the environment in which the infant develops, the school area, type of household, economic level, psychological background - behavioral and family. Within the conclusions it can be affirmed that there were several additional factors that determined the disruptive behaviors of the study subjects

The Purpose of this study was to investigate the level of future anxiety among students of' vocational training. The relationship of future anxiety gender and vocational specialization was tested. The researcher developed a questionnaire of future anxiety which was distributed to 112 students who were in four vocational specializations. The results revealed that there was an average level of future anxiety among the vocational training students, in the total score as well as in the vocational, academic, social, and psychological dimensions. However, there was low level of future anxiety in the economic dimension. There were also statistically significant differences between males and females on the level of future anxiety, while there were no statistically significant differences on the other dimensions attributed to the vocational specialization. In light of the findings the researcher proposed a number of recommendations.

The article presents the results of a study of the relationship between aggressiveness and self-regulation of convicts. The main objective of the study is to determine the characteristics of aggression and self-regulation of convicts serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty. The subject of the study are the psychological characteristics of the convicts. The hypothesis of the study was that there is a connection between aggressive behavior and conflict and low level of volitional self-regulation. 422 respondents took part in the study. According to the results of the study, significant differences in the level and form of aggressiveness between groups with high and low aggressiveness are described, in addition, a correlation analysis was performed to identify the relationship between the level of aggression and personal characteristics, and also the types of personality of convicts based on factor analysis.

The objective of this study was to investigate the hierarchy of needs to staff performances, to study employees' loyalty of Chengde Steel Logistics Co., Ltd., and to study the relationship of the hierarchy of needs to staff performances that employees Loyalty of Chengde Steel Logistics Co., Ltd. The research instrument was the questionnaire. Data collected were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The sampling of this study was 223 individuals, those aged between 21-30 years, graduated with a bachelor’s degree, 31-40 years of the work period, and those with production staff. The analytic results of the hierarchy of needs to staff performances of Chengde Steel Logistics Co., Ltd, with mean score of 4.18 from highest to lowest mean scores as follows, the respondents had high, ate level, needs for Physiological, needs for Security or Safety needs, and need for esteem needs at low level respectively. In terms of Loyalty, overall the respondents had a moderate level, with a mean score of 3.42. The factors were ranked from highest to lowest mean scores as follows: affective aspect, behavioral aspect and cognitive aspect at low level respectively. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the Hierarchy of needs to staff performances positively related to the employee's loyalty to Chengde Steel Logistics Co., Ltd, was high related. Тhis paper attempts to address the relationship of reflection, supervision, and professional burnout of psychologists and psychotherapists. The sample of the pilot study included 38 people, including 27 women and 11 men. Тhe average age of the subjects was 36.6 years for women (range: 24—55) and 39.1 years for men (range: 29—57). The following methods were used: Burnout Inventory (Maslach, Jackson, 1981; Vodop’yanova, Starchenkova, 2005); Differential Diagnostics of Reflexivity (Leont’ev, Lapteva, Osin, Salikhova, 2009); color metaphor technique (Solomin, 1996); a professional and demographic questionnaire developed by the authors. All respondents are engaged in the field of practical psychology. The results of the study revealed a low level of professional burnout and the prevalence of systemic reflection among specialists systematically attending supervision. For respondents not using the help of a supervisor, symptoms of professional burnout and the prevalence of introspection were found.
